I think thats an appropriate title after the extremely impeccably good performance ATHENA put up today. Well, yesterday, since its 130am now.
Its been close to two weeks since the first ever showcase of the Athena Fac Dance during orientation, before the EC meet Fac session for the very first time. Remember? Then, you Athenians had no idea what facdance was or what it was worth. To your DICs and to yourselves. But over time, most if not all of you slowly began to assimilate it into your school-lives. And again, most if not all of you would stay back after lessons to learn and practice the fac dance diligently. Though turn up wasn’t as much as we had expected, i think i speak for my fellow DICs in saying we thoroughly enjoyed teaching each and every single one of you.
Fastforward 2 weeks and its facdance comp, the opportunity for all of you to put all your efforts to good use. And i believe many of you discovered what the Athena fac dance was worth to you as well. How else would you Athenians have put up such an unforgettable performance? Though i didnt manage to see you guys dance i’ve no doubt that each and everyone on of you Athenians gave it your all. Be it shouting your hearts out. Cheering your throat dry. Or Dancing your night away. And do not be mistaken, your all WAS enough. Enough to make all your FacCom members proud. Enough to make your DICs proud. Enough to make the newly established Athena Identity(thats you guys) proud. And hopefully, Enough to make YOU proud. Now that orientation official comes to a close and the mugging(well more so for the J2s) etc begins, we hope we’ve left an indelible impression on you guys too. Cos you guys definitely have done so on us.
And dont be disheartened we didn’t clinch the title this year. In fact congratulate all your apollo friends on their victory! They did put up a heck of a show too.
Aiya, we would just like to thank you for being such a good sport and gracing our Fac Dance practices. Learning it diligently. Enduring with all the setbacks we faced, such as our venue getting koped like THREE times. Enduring my lameness. >.< And for that last dance outside the auditorium, without any music. That was a moment to keep.

DEAREST ALL!
First and foremost, we would like to thank everyone for being very supportive of the faculty dance sessions! KEEP IT THAT WAY!
In four more days, it will be Post-Orientation-Party (POP)!
Although four days isn’t a very long time, it is ample to master our fac dance!
Trust in yourself and especially the ones around you. We have all seen what we could achieve when we’re united as one. That spirit is truly incomparable, undefeatable.
Always remember, the present is ours to create, and the future is in our hands.
We are the ones who define tomorrow’s Athena! Not just anyone else, but EVERYONE. You, us, WE have that power in our hands.
Let’s SHOUT our hearts out for the faculty that WE love, that we could truly call our own.
Let’s DANCE for joy, to proclaim the pride that WE have.
Let’s not forget that, we are ATHENIANS. And nothing could ever stand in our way.
Let’s do it together, as one, as we have always did.

Thanks to your participation, the sales was a great success and everything was SOLD OUT!
All of the proceeds will go to subsidizing the Athena Faculty Outing coming soon some time in April.
Also, congratulations to 09s62 for winning the Win-A-Tub Challenge with their creative proposal for the Athena Faculty Outing! Please send a representative to collect your 6L tub of ice cream to enjoy during your CT session on Monday morning

ATHENAAA!
you guys totally wowwwwed us today with your enthusiasm at the faculty dance session!
Those who have come today should know that tomorrow’s dance practice with the dance i/cs has been cancelled because the entire fac comm has been called down for parent’s day ushering 
BUT…..!
some of the people who have ALREADY FINISHED LEARNING THE DANCE and practiced it, have volunteered to help out at a self-practice session tomorrow!

Hello people!!!
I just want to tell you all that there WILL be fac dance self-prac tomorrow. It will be held from 4-6pm(you may stay on longer if you wish) at the banner painting area.
Anyone who wants to come is welcome. ESPECIALLY those who know the WHOLE dance(specifically, the guy’s part). Also, if you have, bring your iPod and SPEAKERS(PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FAC DANCE SONG IS IN IT)
